Is there any point designing to below 360px viewport width these days?

Are we still designing websites to 320px viewport width? I cant seem to find any remotely popular phone with this kind of screen anymore, samsung s8 s9 are 360px and those are 4 years old now. Anyone know how big this section of the world population is that uses below 360px? Should we switch to minimum 360px?
