Is there an OpenSourceCMS for curating images like PTTRNS.com [on hold]

I want to host/organise my collection of screens and doodles and then Tag them, and have a list of Tags to act as Image filters. Pretty much same as what pttrns.com or similar sites are doing. I've been using GoogleImages as a tool for this, yet seeing the same interface on many sites, is there a Free/OpenSource/LowCost tool that I can deploy for creating something similar?
