Is there a user-feedback text database? [on hold]

Is there any public repository of contextual or feedback messages to be used in applications? (general error, form validation, payment feedback, etc.)

I frequently have to show contextual messages to the user while I am developing an application, and I end up having to, either make a message up, search how it is used in another application, or consult with the person in charge.

Therefore, it would be useful to have some kind of place that gather these messages in a way that I can research by name, category or context.
