Is there a name for a design with 2 menu’s leading to the same thing?

I am quite frustrated by the Manage menu inside Azure Active Directory.

If I click on App registrations I can add a new App registration. Once I have done this the new app registration appears under both the App registrations menu and the Enterprise applications menu

I can actually delete it from Enterprise applications but this will not stop it from appearing under App registrations.

Is there a name for this pattern? I find it very confusing.
