Is there a killer quote about the importance of UX from someone with unimpeachable credentials?

I'm writing a thing about the place and importance of UX in digital product development. I'd like to include quotes from people with unimpeachable credentials, as a rhetorical device to build my first argument (that UX is, like, really really important).

I'm going to riff on it afterward - I'll be using the quote/s to set up a counterpoint for the main argument - so don't worry about the 'why' too much in your answer.

Is there a killer quote that sums up the fundamental importance of UX in one line?

I've found the following three. They're not perfect.

"You've got to start with the customer experience and work back toward the technology, not the other way around."
Steve Jobs

"There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down simply by spending his money somewhere else."
Sam Walton [Founder of Walmart]

"We've had three big ideas at Amazon that we've stuck with for 18 years, and they're the reason we've been successful. Put the customer first. Invent. And be patient."
Jeff Bezos [Amazon.com]
