Is the Stack Exchange’s All Sites page a good design? [on hold]
The first time I visited the Stack Exchange's All Sites list page it took me by surprise that I couldn't just click a site to open it or as I usually do, CTRL + click or right-click and open in a new tab.
Not only that but when I do click in one that is in the right side of the page, I have to scroll horizontally (something I rarely do) to be able to see the Visit Site
button.
Is there any good reason to have it designed that way or is it just bad implementation?
Wouldn't it be better to have the site's card be displayed inside the page by moving it a bit to the left so it doesn't add width to the page but still be in the position of the click?
