Is Microsoft Outlook really that horrible? [on hold]

I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2016 every day and I still can't use to it. Important buttons are hard to find and and their behavior is sometimes weir.

Is it only me or the UX of Outlook should be really treated as bad?
