Is it correct that, in enterprise, webanalytics and UX are documenting their insights separately while there is actually a need in combining these? [closed]
I'm working on a graduation project about centralizing insights at organisations.
From what I understood, especially in large organisations, teams like UX-research have their own tool/dashboard to collect insights. While actually, lots of valuable insights can be found at other teams which complement each other. -Correct me if this is wrong.
Since web analytics' data shows the 'what' and UX' data the 'why', these two teams actually complement each other. But does this collecting their insights together also bring this value to web analytics?
