Is iPhone 7 AirPods are really user-friendly?

iPhone 7 does not include a headphone jack, Is this feature really user-friendly to headphone users? Below are the negative feedbacks from the AirPods.

1. These headphone(AirPods) will fall out of our ears easily, since mostly people uses their headphones while walking, jogging, gyming, cycling, sleeping and in travel.
2. Easy to loss, every time we need extra care to take care of AirPods.
3. Most existing headphones are unusable, since iPhone 7 has removed the headphone port.
