Is a double sidebar overkill for an ecommerce website?

The page that I'm linking to serves as an example. You can see there is a main menu that's on the left instead of on top and right next to the main menu we have a catagory/filter sidebar. So we kinda have two sidebars on the left. Do you think this is going to affect conversion negatively?
The reason I'm not completely into the double sidebar thing is because the products, or the actual content, will be pushed to the right this way. However, I do like the theme and I do like the idea of having the main menu on the left but I'm hesitant because of the category sidebar (I definitely need such a sidebar, so just leaving it out isn't an option). The only other options I can think of are putting the category sidebar on the right (which is counterintuitive I think) or simply putting the main menu on top horizontally.
What do you guys think?
