International Currency in Big Number Formats

With refernce to main thread, International Currency Formatting Guidelines — Currency Codes I would like to know any standard we can follow to show currency values in Big Number formats with K (1000) , M (10^6), B (10^9), T (10^12) etc.

I am using following in my UX/UI screens.

  1. US Dollar — $ 1.2K
  2. Canada Dollar — CA$ 1.2K or C$ 1.2K
  3. British Pound — 1,20K £ and £ 1,20K
  4. Euro — 1,20K € and € 1,20K
  5. Moroccan Dirham — 1,20K MAD and MAD 1,20K
  6. Czech Koruna — 1,20K Kč and Kč 1,20K

Should we consider two decimals in dollar formats?
