In the SaaS interface, from the point of view of UX, is it better to use a single button for each action or offer several possibilities for each one?

Here is an example (CRM interface): The user has 5 options in the same contact, to create a “todo task” with him (sorry, forgot to number the 3rd 4th and 5th options).

1st, 3rd and 5th is not exactly the same action as the 2nd and 4th.

1st option

2nd option

3rd, 4th and 5th options in the first comment.
