How to value my first website job and create it [on hold]

OK, I've just started my first start up in ICT as a firm that creates solutions for problems using technology. Just got our first job to create a college website with full functions. I'm familiar with WordPress and basic coding skill. What will you advice as the best way to execute the job and value quotation for my client. Thanks.
