How to turn off chrome vertical scrolling indicator?

This vaguely relates to UX I think.

I'm doing a screen cap of some interactions and the vertical chrome scroller is something I'm wanting to remove for my final videos without cropping. Can the element simply be turned off, a chrome extension or a setting?
