How to tell user the data is "Loading" when switch pages? I need a solution that can be compatible with the uncertain loading time [closed]

My project contains too many pages, when switch or navigation then will spent 0.01~5s.

I want to display a "Loading..." mask layer on pages to tell use data is loading, but for those pages that can be loaded in a short time or may will frequently switched, these mask layer that appear and disappear instantly will looks bad.

I need some suggest.
