How to specify product requirements with Confluence and Sketch?

My team is currently working with Sketch, Invision, Axure, Word, Confluence to share product requirements.

Our current workflow is designing with Sketch, pasting artboards in Axure, adding hotspots with notes, exporting to Axshare and Word.

It's a bit complex and fastidious. We would like to simplify that process.

Our company uses Confluence more and more. We would like to share new product requirements on Confluence with Sketch artboards and comments on specific components. We tried to export Sketch artboards to Invision, comment them in Invision and integrate these as iframes in Confluence but we need to be able to export Confluence pages in word/pdf. Iframes are not exported so...

Does anyone know how to specify requirements with Confluence and Sketch and be able to export them with comments on components like Axure does with its hotspots ?
