how to send one email to one person 1000 times?

I was searching for a solution that allow me to send one email to one person 1000 times by sending one email each 1 minute.

I need to use famous email provider such as Gmail, yahoo, or outlook. and I need to automate this task using any kind of automation services.

I know that is possible using Gmail and app script but it allows me to send just 100 email daily. and I need to do that from 1000 times during 1000 minutes equally.
