How to recruit Customer Service employees for interviews?

I am working on a project that caters to customer service agents and their managers, and I need to get in touch with a bunch of them for some one-on-one interviews. I am looking at their task flows, behaviors, pain points and team structures.

How can I go about recruiting such people for my research (UserZoom/Survey Monkey?) and what real-world alternatives do I have?
