How to make whatsapp status pic to fit in all phone models?

My friend is designing whatsapp Status pics in standard format and size supported by whatsapp and sending it to all our contacts. The status is displayed correctly but in some phones the screen re-adjust the view and sometimes it cut some image or words in the status of some phones like s9+, s10+, etc. Is there any solution for this or is it a common issue in whatsapp??

I think the difference of aspect ratio on phones (~16:9 - ~18:9) is the problem.

Kindly provide support to solve this issue.
