How to design a mobile app for an already launched desktop website [on hold]

For my first project I need to design a mobile app for an already created desktop website using Photoshop.

Brief:

The website is launched and online. They want a mobile app of that desktop website, so I need to create some sample screens for the pages in Photoshop.

How can I do this?
