How to illustrate a ‘between’ form element?

What would be a user friendly design for a form element that allows to register a numeric range between two boundaries?

There are three types of minimum boundaries:

  • negative infinity or;
  • greater than value, or;
  • greater than or equal to value

There are three types of maximum boundaries:

  • positive infinity or;
  • less than value, or;
  • less than or equal to value

I have included an image of the current design, but I feel it is not very clear.
