How to get involved in Interaction Design or HCI Papers? [closed]

I would love to know if there is a list of interaction design, user experience or human computer interaction resources (journals, papers, publications e.t.c) where day to day practitioners can participate without necessarily being in a graduate program.

In summary: how can I write, co-write or view papers in these fields without being a Masters student?
