How to express period from one moment in time to another?

I must to inform my user that he has a reservation from one moment in time to another (with different dates and hours). What is the best way to express it? I was thinking about:

you have an reservation from 2018-03-20, 7:00, to 2018-03-22, 10:00

but I'm not sure this is the clearest way. Some ideas?
