How to design a form flow with 50+ input fields for fast data entry

I've been tasked with designing a new form which has around 50 fields to input. The main users of this system are looking for quantity over quality as they are data entry personnel and I'm having trouble distancing myself from the current dated designs.

How do I improve a a page that has 50 fields on it before the fold, but doesn't cut down on speed of inputs.
