how to create infinite scroll + pagination in wordpress blogs? [on hold]

I am looking for some infinite scrolling with a pagination in a footer, something like https://codepen.io/SitePoint/pen/XXLrbE to implement in WordPress posts/woocommerce product. Can anyone of you guys help me to do like this behavior.

"Infinite scrolling with pagination where page number added on each every scroll, for example when I scroll, pagination like 1 2 3 4 5 6 7.......to the end and I can click back to the first page(click 1)"
