How to collect feedback on user experience for web applications?

I'm wondering how to collect UX feedback on new features or even big UX changes on web applications that you deploy in a customer's environment?

I'm asking about the results from automated tools like heatmap and analytics....

Something like the Atlassian tools Confluence and Jira. They're deployed on a customer environment and you can't get access to their usage.
