How should I minify my menus?

I design a dashboard for a service. I have a main menu at the top of the browser. The menu has 5 points and take up much space. I also have a sidebar on the left to navigate to the selected page. I'm going to work to optimize for mobile devices and tablets. How am I supposed to roll the menu?
