How did you applied in practice Activity Centered Design at work? (steps, people involved, process, meetings..)

I would like to see how ACD is being applied at work to engage the design team or just the company through the process of discovering a new way they could design a product, and I was curious to know how I could apply in practice Activity Centered Design
