How can the ‘background-img’ of a web page’s header be scaled with page scrolling using Javascript/ jQuery?

Here’s an example. As you will see that on this page the header section has a big background image, which scales up as you scroll down.

I wonder how can you scale the ‘background-img’ without scaling the rest of the elements on the ‘header’?
