How can I make my web app about statistics more readable?

Here is what my layout looks like right now. I'm a design and ux noob so I'm just doing what looks decent? I don't know I don't have any visual design training, my training is just coding. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out with the design and ux of my web app!
