How can I improve the UX of two radio button sets stacked on top of each other?

I have a help/FAQ page in which an admin can switch views between 2 other options and within each option, there is a total of 4 different categories that remain the same regardless of Admin view, View 1 or View 2. The combination of the two choices change the content below. How can what I currently have be improved/changed?
