Help with Job Test [on hold]

I've applied to a UX Designer Job Offer. The problem is I don't know how to start this test. The guy that contacted me sent me 3 scenarios where I am to develop a solution for just 1 of them, send User Journeys and Mockups. I really don't know where to start to make this test. I need to send it next Tuesday so any help would be great.
