Help section to be reviewed [on hold]
I was wondering how to handle an help content on an app. Quite basic. Each section should let the user be helped and we are in front of a 2-levels navigation. Obviously redundancy is unwanted. I am not sure whether to put the point of access at the beginning of the journey, as a separate voice in a contextual menu or think a sort of action button to have rapid access by any screen. It is not meant to include a chat, but to inform and collect pieces of info to refresh concepts explored during the initial tutorial. I think first option would be better due to the fact this amount of info have the dignity to figure into a proper page and not into any other kind of structure. Thanks, E.
