Graphics change mobile? [on hold]

I'm making a responsive site. I have a graphic/image with text on top. Is it possible to create 3 different graphics for each state: Desktop, Tablet and Mobile. So my question is: Can I design a graphic/image where the text is a part of the graphic/image. And is it possible to automatically change the graphic/image whe the user switches between the different stages (Desktop, Tablet and Mobile). So the graphic will be replaced on the basis of which responsive state the user is in?
