Free online usability testing [on hold]

I wanted to test a draft of a design concept online today and stopped by the various payment options which is not something I want to do. This was on the "usabilityhub.com" site. As far as I remember there used to be an option months ago that you could get a free feedback as long as you give a feedback yourself but this option does not seem to be available any more.

Are you testing your drafts online and ideally free of charge anywhere? If so, please share..
