Feedback on color (accessibility rating)

Would like your feedback on color. Considering these 4 options.

Currently we are using 1st option (#73b337), and have being using it for over a year. But i just realized that it's failing accessibility test.

I myself like the lighter color more, but thinking about users (most of our users are 35-50 years old) i think we should make it more accessible.

Which color option for the green from these 4 do you like best?
