Feedback for an ICT help portal
This is my first post here so please tell me if this isn't allowed or point me in the right direction if there is a more appropriate place.
I've just created my first mock-up of an ICT Help portal for my organisation and wanted to see if there were any kind volunteers who would be willing to provide a little feedback on my design. I have no experience in UI or UX whatsoever so all this is very new to me but I want to make it as intuitive as possible as we have quite a few elderly users who aren't very computer savvy.
I have created a FiveSecondTest survey which can be found here, it's only 3 questions so shouldn't take any more than 2 minutes.
This portal will be used by users across organisation to access self-help guides, make ICT related requests (such as password resets) and report issues.
