Fast way to toggle between options [on hold]

So there is a panel with three options (buttons) on it. The options are determined beforehand from a list and can be changed on the spot (10-12 items). The user picks three and then needs to toggle between them fast in real time. IS there any way to do it better than just placing three buttons?
