English: Which is correct – I’ve shared the contract “New Agreement” with you or I’ve shared “New Agreement” contract with you [on hold]

In email communications or other similar system notifications, which is most preferred among the below two?

Here, the text inside the quotes are dynamic i.e., it's the text in a software mail communication that gets filled based on the document name that the user has entered.

a) I've shared the contract "New Agreement" with you.

b) I've shared "New Agreement" contract with you.

In case of (b), I believe the value has to be enclosed between the quotes without fail. Whereas in (a), I can simply apply them in bold letters.

Other examples to give a better picture are,

Tom has added the below comment in the contract New Agreement.

Vs

Tom has added the below comment in "New Agreement" contract.

Jack has submitted the contract New Agreement for your approval.

Vs

Jack has submitted "New Agreement" contract for your approval.

Also, in case of (b), please clarify whether the article "the" is mandatory to be placed before the word "New Agreement" i.e., I've shared the "New Agreement" contract with you or I've shared the "New Agreement" contract with you?
