Dropdown value change the downstream control behaviour

Based on user dropdown value selection, downstream control behaviour change. A) If user select item 1 than downstream control appear as radio selection with input values.

B) if user select item 2 than downstream control appear as a multi select option with 2 input text box to capture min and max value.

I need to handle this event with minimum downstream controls
