Dot navigation with TOC?

Reading this old question/answers, it's true that navigation dots is something not extremely necessary although it's established as a norm.

I found a fairly technical web page where the content of each section is of certain relevance for the user who consults the web with a specific interest or assiduity. Based on this, it has a vertical dot navigation system but with an addition: a table of content. This gives to the navigation an extra advantage since when expanding it appears a list with the name of each section where the user can click and access immediately.

Being a rare element, at least I have not seen it before, I would like to implement it in a project, does it have a name?
