Professional Website Design?
We've been working on our website for so long we can't tell if it looks professional or not. It's come to the point where we've just become used to how it looks and perhaps have lost touch with what's modern, chic and professional. Personally I think it is fine but my regular use of it has blurred my opinion in my view.
We did a user survey and got a mixed response with around half saying it looks professional. However once again this is with users who also regularly use our site.
I'm really trying to find out ways I can test the user experience in a more detailed way. We have analytics and our bounce rate is around 5 minutes. Looking for people's opinion on the website look, layout and features. What do you think about colour schemes and would you say it looks professionally built?
