Do you know of a UX Mgmt/CX Mgmt workshop/conference/community?

I am a UX/CX Manager, been in my role for about 4 years. The org I work for has adopted UX with an open mind and we're pretty supported. Now that I've gotten through the fight, I'm starting to get a little restless. I wondering what UX/CX leadership or management workshops, conferences, online communities you find useful? Where do you go to get energized? Where do you go to learn new ideas to bring back to your org? I am looking to embed myself in something where I can re-energize, learn where the field is going, and find a new fight.
