Do mobile applications use real black and white?

I was wondering if the applications used, in their design, true black or true white, ( #FFFFFF or #000000) or if they used softer colors as rgb (10,10,10) for black ( Spotifiy uses this color).

And in this case, which colours are recommended to use instead of clear colours ( #FFFFFF or #000000)?
