Do I Need to translate my design content when applying for international opportunities

Currently, I'm an ux designer and I want to pursue my career in service design. I'm applying to an abroad university for masters programs. The language of my country is not English and neither are my design's content. I'm translating my portfolio to English and I'm wondering whether translating context and process is enough or I have to translate my design content as well?

I'd appreciate if you have any suggestions for me.
