Displaying multiple levels of tab and search fields

On selecting an option from the main menu, a main tabs section appears. Clicking on each of the main tabs takes you to another set of tabs under the main tabs. Under this second level tab the following information is present:

• Section which contain filters (left container)
• Section with 2 tables and each table has separate search options

Is there any better way of maintaining the 2 level of tab sections?

How can I handle 2 tables in a pages with search options for each table?
