Data table vs. List for search results

I've been working on a Vue.js public housing finder application using open data and I've been wondering if I should use a table for search results or just a list. There's a lot of columns and I know I'm going to have to only output the useful details. Here's a screen cap of the csv file.( it's incomplete,It's just to show what type of data I'm dealing with) And I know it's in french, sorry. You can still see the type of data. Would you use a table or list? It has to be easy to search for the elderly or people that are less tech-savvy.
