Critique my property advert "show page" for my final year software project [on hold]

I'm building a property advert site for my final year project. I'm currently working on the individual ad show page.

Now I'm not a designer at all, so I built this using bootstrap4. How would I better display the content such as image, description and property specs.

How would I make this more readable? Is there a better way to lay out the data? Where should the buttons at the bottom go?
