Conducting a research on a school online marketplace

I would like to conduct a research with a school marketplace web app I have where students can submit or take on requests. A request can be anywhere from "Stand in line to get me a book" to "Get me a coffee at this classroom". I came up with some research questions & wanted your opinion on whether it is valid or no.

Research Question 1: Do users will feel safer dealing with monetary values through a safe integrated payment system (eg. Paypal) in our marketplace rather than traditional real life cash trades.

Research Question 2: A common problem in any online marketplace is the relationship between risk & trust amongst users. Does adding a reputation system enhance the safety feel of users?
