Chatroom and website [closed]

Hello I have a webradio with a chatroom and just trying to find out why people are finding it difficult sometimes to enter the too . The maximum people I have is 20 could there be something on my website which is preventing people from entering the chatroom. My website is on dedicated vps 6core with 6 fb ram
